A mandarin-collared shirt that can be customized to a casual, relaxed fit for those who like it loose, or a preppy slim-fit shirt for those who want to show off their “cut”. This shirt has a full button placket & short sleeves that make it an irresistible option for our weather.

Now you can even make a coordinated family set with the following products:

What You Will Learn

  • Installation of mandarin collar
  • Finishing a shirt with a full-button placket
  • Installing short sleeves
  • Buttonhole assembly via machine
  • Installing a patch pocket

Important note

  • Pre-Requisite: Attended our Starter Bundle class OR knowledge in sewing machines and cutting fabrics.
  • Sewing machines and tools are provided for physical class use. Fabrics and trims are not included.
  • Dates for the first session are listed below. Please submit your body measurements at least 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION, otherwise, your starting date will have to be postponed.

Things to Bring for Your First Session

Materials (Without Contrast):

  • 2.5 metres of Non-Stretch Cotton
  • 7 Shirt Buttons (diameter less than 17mm)

OR

Materials (With Contrast):

  • 2 metres of Fabric A Non-Stretch Cotton
  • 1 metre of Fabric B Non-Stretch Cotton
  • 7 Shirt Buttons (diameter less than 17mm)
