Hand Embroidery on Clothes by Momshoo
2 Sessions (3 hours/session) | Total of 6 hours
This workshop will introduce hand embroidery techniques as a way to embellish your clothes. Learn various methods to transfer images onto fabric and try your hands at sewing simple outlines and filling embroidery stitches.
In the first session, an image (the one with the fishes) will be provided for you to practise the various stitches and create an embroidery sampler. Equipped with this knowledge, you can now create any image in embroidery!
Bring in your own clothes for the second session and start applying the techniques learnt to add a personal touch to your clothing. It could be a little accent on the collar or along the cuff of jeans, the possibilities are limitless!
