How to claim SkillsFuture Credit
Pay to Company Direct Option
(For those who are purchasing less than 21 days before the course starts)
If you are registering less than 21 days before the class start date, kindly make your payment via Paypal/Credit Card or Electronic Bank Transfer. You will receive an invoice with Order ID via email. Then apply to SkillsFuture with the invoice to obtain your reimbursement. You can submit your claim anytime from 30 days before the course start date to 90 days after the course start date. SkillsFuture will pay you directly. The links for claiming are below.
Pay to Company Direct Option
(For those who are purchasing more than 21 days before the course starts)
Step 1. Sign up for a place in our class through our website
When signing up, you can choose to do either A or B:
- A) Pay the full price of the class yourself first Or
- B) Pay only the additional amount (if applicable) exceeding that covered by your SkillsFuture Credit (eg. pay $20 if the course fee is $520 and you are using SkillsFuture to cover $500). Please email us after sign-up to let us know that you are claiming SkillsFuture credit.
Please use your real & full name (as in your IC) when signing up.
If you want to attend the class with a friend(s), please register individually with your IC names as you need individual receipts to claim SkillsFuture.
Step 2. Submit a claim to SkillsFuture Website
Attach your signup receipt to your claim
If you did A) in Step 1, you can submit your claim anytime from 30 days before the course start date to 90 days after the course start date. SkillsFuture will pay you directly.
If you did B) in Step 1, you can submit your claim from 30 days before the course starts. SkillsFuture will pay us directly. Please let us know your claim amount and email us a screenshot or photo of the Claim approval page (showing your claim ID) at least 21 days before the class starts.
Step 3. Transfer the balance amount (if applicable)
The balance amount is the excess after being covered by your SkillsFuture Credit (eg. you re required pay $20 if the course fee is $520 and you are using your SkillsFuture Credit to cover $500).
Kindly Electronic Bank Transfer the balance amount to us (DBS Current: 070-902178-6).
Step 4. Email us
Thereafter, Email us at email@example.com and send us:
a) Bank transaction screenshot or reference with your Order ID, and
b) Claim approval page screenshot or reference,
at least 21 days before the class starts.
If we do not receive your claim ID by then, we will send you a reminder.
Note: If you want to cancel your claim, you will have to do so yourself at SkillsFuture website. Please kindly inform us if you are cancelling your claim.
