Class Policies

Class Times
All classes start and end on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible. If you are over an hour late, you will need to re-schedule and pay for a private lesson as you will miss a significant portion of the class, and catching you up won’t be fair to the other students. We seek your understanding on this.

If you need more time than the allocated class time, some provisions may be given.

Payment Policy
Payment needs to made upon booking for your place in the class to be confirmed.

a: Cash (at our studio: 10A Trengganu St Singapore 058464. Please give us a call at 68025482 to ensure we are in studio before coming down)
b: Online (via our “CART” on this website or any other online sites that the class is posted on)
c: Payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Missing a Class
If you have to miss a class, you will want to schedule a private make-up lesson. Private lessons typically cost 20% more than the regular class fee. We generally build upon skills in all of our classes, so if you miss one you’ll definitely be behind. If you will be missing one class in a course with a series of classes,  you are welcome to sit in on the class you missed free of charge in the next cycle of the same course, provided that class is offered again within the next three months. Please let us know beforehand so we are prepared!

Refunds
If you sign up for a class and then can’t make it, you must inform us at least five days before the class begins. Our refund policy is:

8 days or more: Full workshop fee refund
7 days – 4 days before workshop begins: 50% of total workshop fee
3 days before / Day of the workshop /After the workshop: Full workshop fee forfeited

Class Cancellations
Please register early for classes, if you wait till the day before to sign up, that class may possibly be canceled. If a class needs to be cancelled, we’ll contact everyone who has signed up beforehand as soon as we know and issue a store credit or a full refund for that class. But we don’t want to cancel classes, so do confirm early!

As classes vary over time, and if you’d like to take a certain class that you’ve seen before or to have it on a day or at a time that we don’t offer, don’t hesitate to ask us! We may be able to work out an arrangement to accommodate you.
